Mums and Bubs

Mums and Bubs CrossFit classes are designed for busy parents and post pregnant ladies wanting to get back into shape. These classes are where we take your fitness goals and make them a reality.

the classes run on a

  1. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am
  2. Classes go for 1 hour
  3. limited to 12 people at a time

Can’t make those times? 

Not to worry, we fully understand how busy you are. You can come to any of our scheduled classes on our timetable.
